Ballet has always been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. I was enchanted by the music, the grace of the ballerinas, and the splendor of the stage, which seemed magical to me. In my opinion, the most amazing aspect of ballet was the ballerina. When you sit in the audience, the ballerina appears delicate and graceful, making her performance appear effortless.Wha is Human Resources?

Over time, I’ve come to see that the ballerina, who appears so delicate, is actually a figure of remarkable strength, and her graceful performance is the result of immense effort and dedication. Today, I understand that becoming a prima ballerina needs not only talent, but also enormous effort and various skills. Talent is a fantastic gift, but converting it into success is a long and difficult process.

What I see today when I look at a ballerina is:

  1. Determination and Persistence: A ballerina practices continuously, repeating her steps countless times until she achieves the best performance.
  2. Always in tune with the music and the scene: A ballerina is acutely aware of her environment, her fellow dancers, and the music. She uses her senses to connect with everything around her, ensuring perfect harmony with the team and the performance.
  3. Passion: She pours all her passion into ballet, conveying it through her movements.
  4. Communication: Her movements and steps are her tools of communication. Through body language and interaction with the audience, she skillfully conveys emotions and messages.
  5. Elegance: Her graceful elegance enhances her message, making it more emotionally impactful and touching the hearts of everyone in the audience.
  6. Inclusivity: She does not discriminate. To her, everyone in the audience is equally important. She shares her passion, performance, and message with everyone, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels represented.
  7. Diversity: Through her diverse dance steps, communication, passion, elegance, and inclusive approach, she captivates the audience, making them want to stay and enjoy the show.

An HR professional should be:

  1. Determined and Motivating: Inspire the team and employees by transmitting passion and motivation. Continuously strive for improvement by staying updated with industry trends, practicing innovative approaches, and embracing ongoing learning. This dedication not only enhances personal growth but also fosters a culture of excellence and adaptability within the organization.
  2. Emotionally in tune with the workplace: In HR, emotional intelligence is key. Just as a ballerina connects with her environment, HR professionals must understand and connect with people throughout the company. By being aware of the emotions and dynamics within the organization, they can foster stronger relationships, create a harmonious work environment, and bring out the best in everyone.
  3. Passion: Just as a ballerina conveys her emotion through movement, let your dedication to people and their development be evident in all your efforts. This passion will inspire others and drive meaningful change within the organization.
  4. Communicative: Continuously improve communication skills to serve as a great advisor to company leadership and an effective advocate for employees.
  5. Elegant: Demonstrate empathy and appreciation. Be a role model of ethics, positivity, and transparency. This is the key to connecting with people.
  6. Inclusive: Always be vigilant in combating bias and ensuring that everyone in the company is heard and seen.
  7. Diverse: Strive to ensure diversity within the company, not only in terms of people but also in processes and job enrichment. This will help the company retain its employees and ensure sustainability.

I have always loved ballet, and I continually strive to be a ballerina in HR!
